The people at Macy's were really super helpful and polite. I really enjoyed my experience shopping here. Some things are on the pricey side, but that is because it is in season, name brand clothing. There are a lot of good clearance items also. I have no complaints!

Please be aware the delivery date is never as scheduled. I was hugely inconvenience by the changing of the delivery date. I spoke to the sales person and because of the inconvenience that they caused me, they offered a compensation. I accepted. However, after I accepted the delivery and then the bill afterwards. I was not given the compensation that was offered, before I accepted the delivery. Don't spend your time or money here at Macys FURNITUTE go else where. They don't keep their word.

Was looking for women's (plus size) work clothes. Was informed they no longer have that department or carry the sizes at this location. I would have to either order online or visit the Perimeter location. I prefer North Point Mall and don't want to have to travel to get what I want. Thankfully Dillards continues to carry the department and sizes .

This is a huge Macys location. They have a very wide variety of items. They have a Toys R Us inside. The employees are nice and will look up if they have the items you're looking for.
