Horrible and the most condescending sales man here today 4/27/25, approximately 4:00 pm, (adding this because we didn’t get his name) Shopping for my daughter’s first apartment, and encountered the absolute worst sales guy here! I guess he’s smarter than everyone in existence. The way he spoke to us was so despicable and I can’t even begin to describe it. We walked out and ended up purchasing right down the street. Many other stores in the area, and can tell you the sales people are stellar every where else. Hope they don’t work on commish here... Do not waste time here people!

My sales guy was superb... Has worked for them MANY years and was exceptionally knowledgeable. Would definitely go back - hope it's a location they won't close!!

We started replacing furniture about three years ago thirty years after our last large furniture purchase and seven rambunctious grandchildren. We found a good mixture of quality, appearance, service, and price at Macy's at Perimeter Mall. This was our first time going to the furniture gallery, and we found all those traits along with a much broader selection.

We just had a great experience at Macy’s Furniture Gallery. We were looking for a chest of drawers with some pretty specific requirements. Leif heard our needs and led us to the perfect piece that happened to be on sale. We walked away with exactly what we needed and a great deal. We really appreciate Leif and his kindness and expertise.

I am not normally one to write negative reviews so just know that this is me taking my time to warn you about a SUBPAR company/store that DOES NOT care if you are happy with your furniture or them in general. I ordered a couch (spent over $3,000) and the parts to connect the 2 pieces of the sectional were misaligned upon delivery so they did not align properly. Had to schedule a "repairman" ... who arrived and said he couldn't find my apartment complex so he left without calling to try to figure it out (I stayed home from work all that day in order to be available)... I got over that annoyance and rescheduled the repairman. THEN, I ordered a replacement middle cushion because it was 1000000x softer than the 2 outer cushions which makes sitting on it completely uncomfortable. I triple made sure that they were ordering the correct cushion by having the salesperson TEXT ME a picture of the sectional with the cushion he was ordering circled on it to be sure. Of course, they send me the wrong cushion. They wanted me to HOLD ONTO the wrong cushion for months waiting for the correct one to arrive to which I, of course, said no. They come to pick it up. A week goes by, I call to check when the correct cushion will come (that I paid $278 for by the way) and they inform me that there is no current order in place for the correct cushion as I need to wait for the refund from the incorrect cushion before then calling them again to restart the ENTIRE process. Please, for the love of everything, buy your furniture elsewhere and save yourself the unnecessary headache.

Bought a new sofa and was extremely happy with the whole process. We worked with salesperson Leif Jones and he was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the furniture, and was not pushy. Also I ordered the couch on a Tuesday and it was delivered 4 days later. Ask for Leif!
