Ordered a sectional and 2 recliners. They have attempted to deliver items 4 times now. Each time they have brought me open box damaged items/used items. Still waiting on a resolution. Delivery and sales personnel all admit that this is common and that they will try to pass off damaged furniture time and again. They repackage items after they have been refused by another customer.

Disgusting customer service. They are always in a rush to sell and do not address any concerns with delivery of broken pieces and try to push you to online customer service. The manager Kondre Williams promises you will be taken care off and then disappears. Avoid Macy’s. This is after spending over 7K with them

The store was in disarray in every department. The mens department was extremely hot and uncomfortable to shop.The men’s track suits were hard to find the matches in any size, no help from staff. Playing music that was unrecognizable and should have been holiday music.When checking out in the men’s department, there originally was one sales rep and she had computer issues. She called for help, two ladies came and the one that checked me out didn’t look at me NOT once. Zero eye contact. This is so sad and frustrating as macys used to be my favorite store.

We purchased a sofa and loveseat in 2019. They’ve been good and held up pretty well. The accent pillows have not held up as well as the actual furniture (they shed feathers badly). We are currently having sofa frame issues which Macy’s is sending out a tech to look at under the manufacturers warranty’s. My biggest issue was that we were sold an “amazing” Worry No More warranty that has turned out to be a complete waste of money. We were told it could be used for “any and all stains”. Worry No More does not cover “accumulation” stains. So basically you can only use the stain portion of your warranty on the very first stain.Recommend Macy’s furniture - yesRecommend Worry No More Warranty - absolutely not

Don't waste your money. Their furniture doesn't hold up. We were upsold on the "warranty" (I use that term loosely). They will deny your claim and give you some run around excuse how normal wear and tear isn't covered. I'm sorry, but when your cushions "deflate" after 2 years that is not normal wear and tear. That is a design flaw. Wish I had spent 3k elsewhere. Won't every support any Macys brand again.

Horrible experience with them. Waited almost 3 months for a custom sectional and chair. Upon delivery, I noticed a stain on the arm of the chair. Called and of course they offered to replace. Ok no problem, mistakes happen.Fast forward a month into owning the new set, it starts piling and it looks like it’s 10 yrs old. Called customer service and after getting SCREAMED at by one of their reps, they tell me I can return it less the 20% deposit. Umm no, clearly the fabric is damaged. Why am I out the 20% deposit?I decided to work with the store directly and after a bunch of back and forth they tell me I have 2 options: a) pay another deposit for a new couch (and then they’d give me that money back when the new couch is delivered in 3-4 months) or b) they can come pick up my damages sectional and transfer that deposit to a new couch. Obviously the latter option would leave me without furniture for months. And the former option would have MORE of my money tied up with them. Neither is ideal. Again, why am I inconvenienced when I was delivered a subpar product?Oh and the icing of the cake? The chair they were supposed to replace for me, they forgot to actually order. Which is irrelevant at this point, but just speaks to what a disaster this place is.Shame on you Macy’s. I as they customer did nothing wrong, and you’re trying to get more money out of me. You delivered damaged products to me. This was a TERRIBLE experience. Will never shop here again and will be taking my business elsewhere!See photo below…this set is 2 months old at this point

It took them 38 days to refund an order I canceled and I paid in cash!!!So unacceptable and very Bad business! Last time I will step a foot in your store!! Lost a customer forever!!

Stewart Gray is an excellent sales associate! I have worked with him numerous times. He is always friendly and helpful! Ask for him when you shop Macy's Furniture at Northpoint!

Worth the wait! Notified of delivery date by email and phone. Delivery guys were on time, professional and treated furniture with care. Put together the legs snd tested all motors. Happy customer.
