Everything was good! I traded in my car and got another used car for reasonable price. Although car bravo inspection charged me for almost 2k, it offered me for 6 months or 6,000 miles warranty.

Service pricing is not transparent. They tried to charge me for a quote, and shop fees. They still charged me ($35 ) shop fees, but I guess it is better than the $150+ they had initially had on my invoice, that was above what they had quoted.Make sure to ask for all fees.I hope management reads this - seems dishonest...

I hate going to dealership but Andrew aloza made me comfortable and made the process easy, I will definitely recommend this dealership everyone was nice and spoke to me. Environment was very relaxing. I’m enjoying my 2020 challenger!-Crystal
