Everything was good! I traded in my car and got another used car for reasonable price. Although car bravo inspection charged me for almost 2k, it offered me for 6 months or 6,000 miles warranty.

Service pricing is not transparent. They tried to charge me for a quote, and shop fees. They still charged me ($35 ) shop fees, but I guess it is better than the $150+ they had initially had on my invoice, that was above what they had quoted.Make sure to ask for all fees.I hope management reads this - seems dishonest to me.

I had a more than great experience purchasing my Tahoe from Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet! The sales manager Rodney Harrell was amazing! I called and asked about the vehicle, told him I was interested and wanted a no haggle quick price. He put me on hold for less than a minute and came back with an offer that was a bit higher than my budget. He asked what my budget was, put me on a brief hold and came back with exactly what I needed as far as price and vehicle options! I told him I was on my way and he said he would get it ready for me. Here’s the thing, other dealers had claimed they would do this but when I arrived they were deceptive and either the price was significantly different or they didn’t even have the vehicle! When I arrived at Malcolm Chevrolet I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and told my vehicle was being detailed. I was thrilled. I was then introduced to Rodney’s sales associate a lovely young woman named Sam. Sam had all the paperwork in order and was a delight to work with. She even shared her snacks with me as I hadn’t had time for breakfast! Then when we were directed to financing we had a zero pressure quick and friendly experience there as well. Would I recommend my friends to do all their business with Malcom Chevrolet and specifically Rodney and Sam? MOST DEFINITELY! If you are looking for a great buying experience with people who treat you with kindness, honesty and respect then you’ve found it! My next Chevrolet will definitely come from them. Thank you Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet Alpharetta for a wonderful buying experience and btw I love my new Tahoe!!!

We called Malcolm yesterday. He told us he did have a Chevy Trax. We drove in and it was pulled up and ready to test drive. We had a bad experience somewhere else so coming here has been awesome. We were able to set down with Louis and discuss financing and warranties without pressure. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

I ordered my vehicle from Malcolm Cunningham. The process didn't take long and my vehicle actually came in earlier than expected arrival date. Andrew constantly sent me messages to keep me updated on the process. This was a overall great experience. I would definitely purchase from them again. The whole staff was amazing.

Had issues with my 2019 Volt with 39K on the odometer. I felt the overall cost was high but that is to be expected at a dealership. That being said I thought the quality was good. It would have been nice to have my car returned to me washed and charged up like my dealer in Dallas did given the $1400+ bill but maybe that is not an Atlanta thing.

I brought my Avalanche in for the airbag recall, so thanks for that. When I dropped it off I also committed to buying a new key fob and chip key and gladly paid the dealers price. What bothered me most was when I asked if they wouldn't mind resetting the park sensor feature because I knew that had to be done since I just recently purchased and installed the new sensors. They had to use the same tool for the key and fob purchase ($431) and they still wanted to charge me another $160 of diagnostic time when they were already plugged into the truck with the scan tool. I just thought the service writer would have agreed to just do the reset since I paid for the new key and fob. People need to think more about the customer experience. I wish I could provide a 5 star rating because she was great. I would graciously accept a call from the service department and take an apology for this and bring it back for a free scan to reset the backup/parking sensors.

We went to numerous dealers to find this particular car, ended up driving 2 1/2hrs to this one. Well worth the drive, the sales, management and financial were exceptional. Highly recommend them. Will definitely make the drive for our next vehicle.

Told them my out the door maximum when I got there. They said fine, showed a vehicle my daughter liked and while she was test driving it gave me an out the door price a couple thousand more than I told him. Then kept trying to get me to finance through them and “playing games” to get near the “out the door price” I gave them when I got there. Told them I wasn’t going to go lower than what I said when I first got there.Most annoying was them then pushing another vehicle which was list for more but would be under my “out the door” price. A vehicle I told him my daughter wouldn’t want.Wasted a good hour or more of my time with their “switch & bait” tactic. So walked out with no deal as I’m not going to play those games.They lost a sale because their “final price” was a few hundred more than I told them I’d be willing to pay when I got there”.
