Sent me a Cali king instead of a king which was on my invoice and ordered. Ola was extremely helpful replacing with a regular king. Make sure to check dimensions and tag within 120 days to avoid additional steps.

Kareem should side hustle as a customer service advisor. I have visited this store twice in the past few months and both times Kareem was working the floor.
