When they don't have his size on the floor, they always check the stock room and when they don't have it they always offer free delivery service.”

“As soon as I walked in a gentleman named Armoni helped me with getting a new suit. He was extremely kind and professional and showed me the perfect suit with the best deals and helped me pick out some great accessories. I was actually in a bit of a rush to get somewhere nearby and he got me all set up in about 25 minutes including measurements for alterations and etc. It was a pleasure shopping at this location. 10/10 would visit again and recommend to anyone looking to buy a new suit.”
“Kevin saved the day. I decided to visit this store last Friday and called before I headed out since it was a 1:30 drive one way. Everything was confirmed--including the products I wanted in stock. Upon my arrival, a problem caused the store to close early. I was mad as Hell. But instead of just pitching a fit, I called the next day and talked to the manager--Kevin. Kevin sympathized and apologized and answered my questions. I made my purchase over the phone including free shipping and a discount for being put out. 5.11 could have lost a customer for life, but Kevin saved the day. I hope they appreciate the time and effort he put into making one customer happy. Thanks Kevin!”

“My 2yo daughter got sick in the car on our way to see Santa at the Avalon today and I didn’t bring her a backup outfit. She was down to her coat & boots without anything underneath. We ran into the first store we saw and the lady working searched high and low in the back for her sizes. We settled on an oversized Christmas puppy tee and she recommended some more stores we could stop into for pants/leggings and socks. We were so grateful for the help without judgment. Thanks for saving the day! She adores her new shirt.”

“I don’t usually enjoy going into stores these days, but our visit to Tillys was an exception. We came in to return a pair of jeans that didn’t fit, and Maddie, the store manager, made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She was not only helpful but also very personable, taking the time to figure out what style we were really looking for instead of just rushing us through.
The store itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, but Maddie truly made the difference. Great customer service is rare these days, and she reminded us how pleasant shopping in person can be. Tillys is lucky to have her on their team. I hope they know how valuable she is. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be back.”

“This was the urban outfitters in avalon in Alpharetta, ga. The place was very business.the location had a large selection of both clothing and various home goods.there was a large selection of 80s and 19990s band t-shirts and sweatshirts.the staff was very friendly and helpful.we left with a band sweatshirt a couple of clothing items my daughter picked out and a couple of scented candles for outdoors.there were quite a few people in there so we had to wait on a dressing room to try on the items, and the check out line was a bit long with just the two cashiers.but all in all not a bad shopping experience.parking lot was packed as were the parking deck. I would definitely come back but not on a holiday weekend.”

I have been an AE & Aerie shopper for 16+ years (at this location) and have 10+ years of experience retail experience—Kaylyn was the most helpful associate and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for today & Georgia helped me size the pair of pants to fit my sister’s measurements! I ended up falling in love with the pants and got a pair for myself, as well! Melanie and Kaylyn worked with my AE + Aerie account to make sure I was able to receive as many of my online rewards as possible and helped me order products that I knew I wanted and were not in store! So nice to have personal help, rather than ordering in the app. Such helpful gals & didn’t mind taking the time to care for me as a customer (even when I was showing off photos of my dog dressed in American Beagle)! “The clothes are fairly cheap and they have a pretty good selection. So far as fast fashion goes they do a reasonably ethical job of producing them. I just wish it was easier to find things to fit my tween daughter, when we go here it seems like we have to wander around quite a bit to find anything.”
