From the moment we walked in, it was bad. They were playing Norteñas super loud. We asked for assistance fixing my sons internet issues. We told the two attendants he cell wasn't getting any internet, we had spoken to #611, and they recommended we go to the store and have it fixed. They were rude, short, and flat out. they only wanted to sell us a new phone. We've had a metro since 2006. And this is by far the worst experience yet. Definitely makes you wonder if they appreciate the business. Staff needs training, re- training, and more training. Never ever will do business at this location.

Amazing customer service! I was very satisfied, Miss Guadalupe was very caring, very helpful young lady. Her kind spirit I loved it. Definitely will be coming back to this location. Thank you Miss Guadalupe.

I came in here to buy a new phone. The lady that helped me looked Spanish. She wouldn't answer any questions and had a very nasty attitude. When I asked her about the phone, she seemed like she didn't know anything. I asked her if a particular phone would fit my old case. She gave me attitude and said she couldn't take the phone out of the case to test it. I asked her if the phone would fit my case since it's the same size, and she said no. When I asked why, she couldn't give a reason. She was very rude and didn't want to help me at all. This one-star review is very deserved. I never leave bad reviews, but don't come to work if you don't want to work. She had a frown on her face the entire time, like she didn't want to be there. Expect to be mistreated if you come here. She wasn't knowledgeable at all, didn't know anything about the phone, and maintained a frown the entire time. She had an 'I don't care' attitude. When I left, she stormed away. If I could give a zero-star review, I would. The service was so bad here that I had to Google information about the phone in front of my salesperson. I asked her about the differences between two phones they had, and she just looked at me like she didn't know or care. It's a horrible place. I have been with Metro PCS for almost 20 years and never had bad service like this.

I was asked to leave this store because they turned my service off after paying my bill, and they refused to turn my back on. Instead, they call the police on me .
My devices are cloned, and three of the cloned devices came from this store . And once you asked them, is it legal to clone customers devices they get upset?

Terrible service!
I bought a new phone and the lady who helped me showed me several accessories and I told her that I didn't need them. She told me it was a promotion with the phone, but charged me $100.00 for the accessories, something I didn't want to buy. I complained but he didn't return all my money, because he said the system wouldn't allow it.
He just stole from me. Horrible service!?
