Metro by T-Mobile provides very good and amazing customer service. The staff is super attentive, very caring, very helpful, and polite. They go above and beyond, taking time and effort to help, rather than passing the buck. The team works together to find solutions and does a good job. The store is clean and wait times are very low. Customers report being very satisfied and state they will definitely be coming back to this location.
There's was this you g guy, red haired, wonderful customer service, super professional and empathetic. I'll keep going there for sure.

Thanks to Maria who helped me today, September 29, 2025 getting my new phone after losing my phone yesterday. She was very nice and efficient. She needs some help and a raise. I hated hearing she was in there by herself all day!
