Metro by T-Mobile provides very good and amazing customer service. The staff is super attentive, very caring, very helpful, and polite. They go above and beyond, taking time and effort to help, rather than passing the buck. The team works together to find solutions and does a good job. The store is clean and wait times are very low. Customers report being very satisfied and state they will definitely be coming back to this location.
LuLu's customer service was top tier! It was honestly the best customer service experience I've ever had! We had a horrible experience at the Alpharetta Hwy location with Jesus. LuLu's friendliness and patience immediately put me at ease. She really turned my day around! I hope yall are taking good care of her!
