I was asked to leave this store because they turned my service off after paying my bill, and they refused to turn my back on. Instead, they call the police on me .My devices are cloned, and three of the cloned devices came from this store . And once you asked them, is it legal to clone customers devices they get upset?

For seventeen years, I have been serviced, first, by MetroPCS; then, it sold its assets, I think, to Metro by T- Mobile, and the word to mouth story came and went.It was a seamless transition without noticeable ripples. Both companies' services have been impeccable. When I need enlightment, I ask ... free of charge.

Visited with a relative that insisted on a metro phone. All the store employees are more concerned about masks being over your nose than they are about providing you service. I’m glad I don’t use this company and haven’t in years.

My experience would had been ok if the Male/Female thing that works there focused more on service than my mask slipping slightly under my nose. Another bad Metro experience and I been with metro since 2006. Its bad enough the phones are low quality.Going to be a T-mobile Customer soon. I've had it!!

So I must give a standing ovation to Julian and Paco (I do hope I got them both current) who was at the Marietta location last night holding it down. They're patience and understanding along with their phenomenal customer service skills sets the bar high for the competitors. I hope Alpharetta knows what a valuable asset these 2 are to Metro by T-Mobile. I live in Marietta but I would drive 45 minutes for that kind of customer service in a heartbeat!! Thanks guys for all your help!
