“Despite a protective phone case and screen cover, my one year old Samsung S23 was dropped and had an unlucky landing on a metal object. The screen broke. I called Cellairis on Windward Pkwy and Atif said he could make the repair in about 24 hours. I checked out a few dozen of their actual Google reviews and decided to take the phone there for repair. Result - The phone was fixed today when promised, at the price quoted, with OEM Samsung parts, and is working well at this writing.The cost of the repair was $250.00 + tax out the door (41% of the cost I paid for the phone new) which was more than I expected. Importantly I was up and running again in 24 hours and Cellairis delivered on all expectations. For these reasons, I recomend them and will call Mark and Atif if I need any repairs in the future.”

“I just got a new phone. I came to the Crabapple store, and somehow, I couldn't get into my phone ( I was messing around with my settings) ? of course, I was freaking out! The store was open, but the door was locked, Nick was having his break, was in his car, and saw me. Came up to me, ON HIS OWN TIME, and fixed my phone so I could get in and use it.Outstanding service and a very kind, respectful young man!
