“I had a great experience at the Mansell ATT store location. Sean and Lacey assisted me on two separate occasion (Feb 27th and March 2, 2026) with issues as a result of a 3rd party AR that came to my house who completely messed up my cellular account and failed to properly explain the product offered. Fortunately, Lacy helped me out with porting my number properly so I could make and receive calls last week. Then more issues occurred and I had to return to the ATT retail store. (I had decided to go back to T-Mobile if things didn’t get straightened out today. I will tell you I was totally upset but Sean quickly arrested my angry, anxious mind.
