However, this last time was even better than ever, largely due to a fantastic Comcast employee by the name of Aaron (hope I spelled that right). He, of course, got all the technical stuff done, but it's the way he treats customers that really stands out. It's not often that a service provider makes your day better just with their demeanor, but he really has, multiple times :)
