Public Storage in Alpharetta provides a convenient and accessible storage solution with a focus on customer service. Visitors can reserve units for free with no commitment, and the online eRental option allows for a smooth move-in experience. Customers have praised staff members for their professionalism and helpfulness, notably highlighting an employee who went above and beyond to assist with locating a unit. Many reviews commend the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facility, making it a welcoming place for storage needs. However, some customers have raised concerns about the pricing structure, particularly regarding the mandatory purchase of combination locks at high prices, which can make the overall experience costly. Long-term customers have expressed frustration over rising rental fees, but some have found solutions by switching to lower-priced units within the same facility. Overall, Public Storage combines personal attention and a well-maintained environment, though potential customers should be aware of the pricing practices.
