“I had a really great experience with Jay at Morningstar Storage on Shiloh Road in Alpharetta. From the very first phone call, you could tell he was genuine, down to earth, and actually cared about helping people instead of just trying to sell something. He helped me get exactly what I needed — a small unit without trying to upsell me into something bigger — and he worked to get me the best price possible. That alone says a lot these days. But honestly, what stood out most was just the conversation and his attitude. Jay is one of those rare people who’s easy to talk to, understands life, and treats you like a real person. You can tell he’s lived, experienced things, and has a strong awareness of the world and the kind of social climate people are dealing with today. Good energy, good spirit, and very respectful. Customer service like that is hard to find now. If you’re looking for storage in the Alpharetta area, definitely ask for Jay. Solid guy all around.”

“Renting a unit for almost a year now. 60 years old and have gone thru many life, career and health challenges. Way more than I ever could have imagined. Roughest year of my life. From day one, ive been blessed to be able to have someone at this facility to have the patience ,understanding, and knowledge of good business practices and a true concern for those in all walks of life. His ability to communicate in a professional and yet empathetic, compassionate manner has helped myself and family to not have to worry about being treated unfairly or outright ignored. Ive rented spaces all over the Atlanta area for over 30 consecutive years...not one facility has ever had a leader / manager that ran the place like a true Champ. ZERO EXAGGERATION...in fact ,not even close to the accolades this man desseves. Mr. Will, we all thank you for being there for us and proving true goodness still exists. I thank God for you brother and wish you the very best life has to offer. You changed so many of my absolute shit days into days I was able to at minimum, cope and make it thru. Always a kind word and when that exit gate opened I felt blessed , regardless of how I felt when entering. Thanks yet again. Peace”

“Midway self storage and especially the property manager Amy have been such a lifesaver. I had never used a storage facility before and she walked me through it making sure I understood everything. She always waived when I stopped by and even made my move out easy. Clean and easy storage with fair rates and requirements. I would definitely use midway self storage again the future.”

“Management is VERY FRIENDLY and ACCOMMODATING!!!! Family owned business, that treat clients with respect and always with quick responses! Very well priced, with very little expectations of price increases once you’ve moved in. As it should be. I would suggest to anyone to use this facility instead of the Big Boys, who are computer based, money driven, and have SOOOO many needless rules and requirements.”

“With the way most storage facilities constantly increase rates year over year, it is great to have a place like DNA Self Storage that has kept my rate the same for the last 3 years and stayed true to their word. The facility is safe and accessible, and rates are the best in town. Couldn't ask for more.”
