“I walked in and heard a loud "Hello, welcome to FedEx!" from Joy. More than anything, she has such a big, wide, beaming smile...amazing to walk into at 930 in the morning. I was not aware that I had to print my label at home, so Joy said it wasn't a problem and that I could email it to her...and so I did. While I located and forwarded the email, I watched Joy service another customer with that same beautiful smile...it was so nice to see.
