*****UPDATE ****** for some reason I cannot add another review for the same store.. I was there yesterday Monday 8/3 and I had the pleasure of meeting Faye , she was very helpful with assisting when I was having difficulty with a label for my package. She was understanding and offered several solutions rather than leaving me to figure it out. This store has a great staff and I want Faye to get her star as well. Keep up the good work everyone ****

“Excellent customer service. Went in for getting some documents notarized for a renewal purpose and the store manager/ person in charge of notarizing the documents was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this store for getting your documents notarized at a reasonable cost and probably for also dropping off your package. Although I got an appointment booked via their website, I was told he’s available most time of the day, just may be make a call and visit the store in case of any emergency.”

“The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful. He went out of his way to find a box, cut it to size so my shipping was the most affordable it could be and then charged me a very reasonable fee. The other customer in the store commented on how awesome the customer service was, and I agree! I came to find out that he also was recently quite ill, and his recovery is amazing. I will continue to support Parcel Plus when I can!

“I have been using this UPS store for years now and highly recommend. I’m always greeted with a smiling face and someone to help me return Amazon packages or mail something. If someone isn’t readily available they offer very easy Amazon do-it-yourself packaging for free! Always quick in and out. I really appreciate this location more than others near me.”

I passed by my regular UPS Store on my way home from the office and realized I had missed the cutoff time to ship a package for one of my customers. While still on a customer call, I stopped into Pak Mail, even though I had not had the best experience there in the past.
To my surprise, I learned the business is under new ownership, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The new owners were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They assured me they would get my package to a driver that same day, which was a huge relief.
Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and they absolutely delivered. If you need to drop off a package and want confidence that it will be handled promptly and professionally, I highly recommend Pak Mail. Friendly, personable, and willing to go the extra mile—you can’t beat that kind of service!”

“The first time I came here I couldn't believe what I was expected to do regarding blindside backing. Took about 20-35 minutes. The unloader said he's seen some drivers take in excess of an hour( Im down playing the time he actually said). If you're delivering paper rolls, more than likely you're going to dockdoor 1 in the back. You have to blindside backwards to the door and then blindside back into the door(literally turn your truck around facing the entrance and then begin to back around the curved back road). The second time it took me closer to the 30 minute just readjusting so that the dock plate would reach both sides of the trailer flush. The guy in the back is always cool and happy to see you achieve your goal of backing up to the dockdoor. First timers or newbies, just take your time, they know its a bit of a job to do. Slowly, get out and look 20 times if you have to. It's doable! Don't hit anything besides the dockdoor. Be safe! Unloading time 10 minutes!”
