I have been going to this UPS store for a couple of years now and the customer service has always been top notched!The employees are very prompt when it comes to completing various task and helping customers questions etc!The lady (who’s name start with an H! Can you provide the name so I can add to my review?) was amazing! She helping me with business cards for a young adult church event and she was very polite and prompt! One of the nicest ladies I ever met at a UPS store! She is crushing it!”

“While I've never purchased anything here since I keep my own shipping supplies, I use them often to drop off Amazon returns and pre-paid/boxed UPS shipments. Despite this, the guys are always friendly and helpful. I was in there a couple days ago and we were joking about the old terrible ownership/staff about 10 years ago and the guy who worked there that was always barefoot and supposedly brought his pig to work LOL glad these guys are running the store now...top notch service!”

“Had a great travel services (TSA pre-check and passport photo) experience here on afternoon of 1/30/24. We made an appointment in advance for TSA service and were seen right on time despite it being seemingly busy in the store. The associates who helped us with both the TSA enrollment and photo were friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing. My daughter's photo turned out great, much better than the awful one I got done last year at Walgreens. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole thing was.”

“The staff here are very experienced and while they do get busy They both spend extra time to educate and help you package tape and ship packages in the proper way so they arrive safely and at the lowest cost I have also dropped envelopes off here at 445pm on Saturday shipped 2 day and the packages delivered on Monday Very professional - they get you in and out quickly and the packages go where they need to go quickly I ship packages every week always a good experience at this location”

“I walked in and heard a loud "Hello, welcome to FedEx!" from Joy. More than anything, she has such a big, wide, beaming smile...amazing to walk into at 930 in the morning. I was not aware that I had to print my label at home, so Joy said it wasn't a problem and that I could email it to her...and so I did. While I located and forwarded the email, I watched Joy service another customer with that same beautiful smile...it was so nice to see. You are a pleasure, Joy!I've not experienced any of the complaints that other patrons have noted in the reviews.”

“I had an awesome experience at this UPS compared to others. They offer a very easy way to print labels (just email versus having to log into my computer at other places). More importantly, the guy at the front desk was super helpful. He also helped me to tape my label as well as my package. At other locations, they usually expect all of this to be done by oneself and just to keep the package ready. I highly recommend this UPS location.”
