Horrible experience and rude!! They seem to make up their own rules as they go along. I liked BB&T but ever since they merged with Suntrust, their customer service has taken a dive!! This branch in particular is one of the worst I have experienced...moving my money out ASAP!!

This branch of Truist has been a pleasure to deal with. I have found them extremely helpful, answer any questions I have and just down right courteous. This branch makes a large bank feel at home. Hats off to the manager and the tellers who work the front lines. They do a great job!
