If the lack of intelligence demonstrated by the employees at this location (980 Birmingham Road, Alpharetta, GA) is an example of who Truist hires and places at their branches, I am elated that none of my money is being handled by this financial institution. They clearly demonstrate little to no critical thought process and have no idea what professionalism is. The unfortunately part for them is I was preparing to move my banking business here...

The Birmingham Crossroads Branch is a GREAT bank. The staff is VERY VERY helpful, cordial and friendly. The small branch gives a customer a feeling of belonging. The Birmingham Community is fortunate to have them!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Blaming processing time on one particular SunTrust branch is like walking into a Best Buy and yelling at the employees for online shipment taking too long--it's simply out of their hands.
