The first place I tried turned me down cold. Sorry. Maybe later in the week. Can’t help you.
The folks at America’s Service Center could not have been more helpful. Welcomed me in immediately. Had the code generating the check engine light within 15 minutes. We agreed on a course of action. Picked up the car at 4:00. Problem solved!

“I had a screw in my tire. I went to the chain tire store across the street from 9 north and was told my tires (which had 16k miles) didn’t have enough tread to patch and that it was dangerous for me to keep driving on them. The person showed me some little tool she used and said all 4 tires needed replacing. I was skeptical and went across the street to 9 North. I went in assuming I needed 4 tires and told the man at the desk that I needed a price. He went out to get the size and said my tires looked almost new, and patched the hole with no problem. I’ll definitely be giving them my business from now on. Very nice, very fast, and much more honest than their competitors.”

“The team here is great; fast, friendly, to the point, and communication ever step of the way. I have an imported Toyota Hilux diesel so some parts aren’t readily available. After I was dragged along for a month by a shop up the street, I brought it to Autoworks. The next day, Jeff was able to run diagnostics and identify the problem. ECU was sent out to be refurbished and this solved all the issues. After this, I had them due a full list of general maintenance as well; fluids, filters, etc. will definitely be coming here with all my vehicles.”

“I am so glad Rocco opened a garage in Alpharetta! I drive German cars, so I’ve been waiting for them to come around for a while. I had the best experiences since I started going there. I initially went to have my brakes done, I was told by another well-known garage that I was due for new brakes which I found a little bit weird since I didn’t drive that car too much anyway from last time the brakes were done. I called Rocco to get an estimate for the brakes. I got the most reasonable quote from Rocco than the other European garages in the area, so I decided I would have them do the brakes and dropped my SUV. I was in doubt that I needed brakes, but I am not a mechanic I assumed that the mechanics from where I get my oil changed knew best. Well instead of pocketing the money, I was told after I dropped my car at Rocco that I didn’t need brakes. I was so thrilled to know that those guys were so honest and didn’t take avantage of a woman. The customer service is top notch! I ended having other work done and I am so happy with the results. I plan on having them do other recommended maintenance work for my cars. I highly recommend Rocco. They are cheaper than other European garages out there… and everyone is so nice at this location it might be the best decision you’ve made for your car and your wallet. Give them a try well worth it!”

“My girlfriend blew a tire on 400 just before the exit nearest their shop. I called them at 5:15 and asked if they had some tires for her and they said yes. We went straight the (5 min drive) and they had us ready to go by 5:50. The price was more than fair!

“It was easy to schedule an appointment online, and they started working on my vehicle even before my appointment since I arrived a little early. The work was done very quickly and the technician answered a few questions I had. My only complaint is that they told me the before/after specs of the alignment would be e-mailed to me and they were not. I then called and asked for them and was told their printer was broken, so the techs usually snap a picture of the specs and include that in the inspection report. Apparently that was not done and they had no way to provide that info.”
