“My 2019 BMW X3 barely started yesterday when I was headed out to lunch and needed my car for an appointment in the evening. Time for a new battery! Of course, in a BMW, a battery replacement is not just an easy swap out, they have to be coded to the car, so I couldn't just run by an Auto Zone. I found Malones on Google and they were able to get me in within an hour of my call. My car was ready shortly thereafter.When I left the shop, I did notice a rattle that was coming from the back and wound up going right back. Adam wound up jumping in the car with me to hear what was happening. He quickly discovered that one of the tie downs wasn't clicked into track and solved the problem!These guys were very friendly, fast, and honest workers. Good to know they are my neighbors as well, now that I'm out of warranty!”

Since they did not have the correct battery in stock, he ordered it And the shop installed it for me very quickly the next morning. This place was familiar with Teslas and also aftermarket wheel covers on Teslas; they didn’t damage the wheel covers during removal or reinstallation. “Came here to get a second opinion on my 2013 Toyota Prius. I had been going through the nightmare of going in and out of a different shop for the past month as they kept trying to pressure me into repairs I didn’t need that didn’t resolve the issue I was having. Spent 3k on repairs with this other shop before I decided they are not a good option. It didn’t take long for professional automotive to diagnose that my car has a blown head gasket. They explained that replacing the gasket is not a repair they offer since it almost always results in other expensive repairs and that I would need a new engine. Once I had time I did my research on my model and found that the blown head gasket is a common issue for a 2013 Toyota Prius with 170,000 miles and that if it was replaced it would probably just blow again. Unfortunately I didn’t deem an engine replacement as worth the repair and the technician I spoke with agreed with me. I’m glad I found a place that doesn’t pressure unneeded repairs. Sucks that my car is gonna be scraped but at least there is an end to the nightmare I have been living this past month.”
