If I could give them a zero, I would.Verizon has given me the run around for 3 days about a replacement phone for 3 days.Verizon said it was on UPS and UPS said it was on Verizon.No one wants to take the blame for the mishap.Im going to find me another carrier real soon

Been charging my bank account fraud with Verizon backup management when I never done business with them and you can't get anyone on the phone due to not having a account I'll get there attention this week with Lanier law see you guys in court you made me and my kids loose our home with your fraud and stealing my money

Straight Talk (owned by Verizon) inexplicably stopped my service when I was prepaid 8 months into the future. Awful! Horribly disruptive for someone whose phone is their only source of communication. Had to drive to a neighbor's home to use their phone to correct Straight Talk's action
