I’ve spent over 12 calls and countless hours trying to get my smartwatch service activated—something I’m paying for but not receiving. Every time I call, I’m put on hold for long stretches, transferred between departments, and given different answers. Not a single representative has been able to resolve the issue. Each call takes over an hour, yet I’m still stuck in the same situation.
Verizon’s customer support is completely unhelpful, and no one seems to have the knowledge or ability to fix a simple activation problem. If you’re considering adding a smartwatch to your plan, be prepared for endless frustration. This has been one of the worst support experiences I’ve ever had with a major company.

I would not recommend a visit without an appointment. We waited an hour, then we received a text to come back within 10 minutes. We arrived in the store, but they had given our slot to another person and told us we needed to start our wait over. I’ll try an appointment next time.

There was unauthorized plan change by one of the employees at the store I guess in error. Visited the store 3 times. I was told manager will call back. Never did receive a call. In the end my lines got disconnected. I had 13 lines in this account. A major mess up. Spent more than 11 hours with customer service over the phone. Im so super missed. Been with Verizon for many many years and this is the service u get. No response, no resolution, no call backs,

Just left this store after a far drive - coming during business hours and the door is locked. The manager tells me there are too many people and not enough staff so I cannot be seen. I pleaded but the shut the door in my face. I don’t recommend.

There was a huge difference in bill versus the estimate, I stopped by few times at the store but did not get any help and finally spoke to customer care to find that they added Device protection inspite of my saying NO twice, looks like they get some addl commission by making more from customers, very poor service at this center.
They promised some credits for BYOD and that was missing.

I was extremely disappointed with the wait time at Verizon. This was the third Verizon location I visited in a week, and each time I waited over an hour for service. At this location, there were six reps, so I expected a better experience. However, despite the long wait, I was very satisfied with the service provided by one of the managers, Kori. Her kindness and professionalism made a difference, and she deserves recognition for turning a frustrating situation into a more positive experience. My disappointment in Verizon eased slightly thanks to her efforts.

On Friday at 2 pm there were 3 people available to wait on you, a line of 6 customers and about an hour or more wait to speak to someone. Come on guys! Guess that IPhone 16 will have to wait.

The service could have been better. The associate stopped helping me to help another associate with a customer. Neither one of them said excuse me or give us just a second. Everyone time is valuable.

Corporation did not fix the problem with my phone. I still can't get verbercations text and some calls people can't hear me on my phone. Now I now have to find a new network provider. Verizon did not offer any compensation to keep me as customer. 🤔 🤔

Verizon has lost all their customer service. The location on Rucker Road was closed with zero notice except a post it note saying someone would be back soon. Drove all the way to North point parkway to 90% of the store closed off in tarps and open construction and was told it would be better to buy a phone online as they were too busy.
