Prepare to be robbed! Buyer beware! No exaggeration I walked into the store today after being directed to that location from the Dunwoody location because the previous store did not have the phone in stock. As soon as I walked through the door due to knowing what I was looking for I requested the phone the previous store said would be in stock. I asked the salesperson Malachi if they had the phone I was looking for. He said yes and proceeded to guide me through the payment process. Something told me to check the phone box and open it in the store, not only did he charge me an extra $122 dollars for a phone I didn't ask for it was a phone that I did not request! This was no accident and he continued to attempt to upswell me with a cord that would not work with the format for my car. The manager was no help, and blamed me for the whole experiences and was very rude and dismissive. Shame on this store and this company!

Just went in to get a new screen port and phone case. The man that helped me was friendly and efficient. They had five employees who were all busy helping customers. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.

Took a friend to get a new phone because I can't refer people to Metro by Tmobile anymore , I pray Verizon has better service .

Don’t switch to Verizon!! I got scammed at the store. I guess the two crosses around the sales rep's neck were not enough to absolve him of his daily sins of lying.I was with Sprint/T Mobile for 18 years and when Verizon advertised new iPhone "on us" with trade in, I decided to check it out. I brought my T Mobile bill and showed the sales rep Wesley. He Said he could not match but would come close ($18 dollars difference). With the additional perk, the price would be about the same. This was after he went in the back and talked to his manager Lynn for approval. He told me not to pay attention to the amount on the agreement because of credits and discounts it would be the price. Sadly, it was not. I tried to talk to the manager and she did not care saying she did not know what we talked about. I called customer service and they said I could cancel but because I had already traded in my phones, they were officially property of Verizon. I am now paying $80 more than I was at T mobile for the same service and will have to for the next 3 years. Verizon truly cares more about the bottom line than customers but then sadly isn't that the way of the world these days. Don't be fooled by Verizon. There are better deals out there.

Absolutely worst customer service. I have been with Verizon for 13 years and spend over 1k a month for my business and whenever we need support or device help none of their locations can help and their tech support is impossible to reach. I can walk into a t mobile or at&t store and they have capacity to do everything on site. Verizon used to be the best. I am done.

Horrible service on 09/14. Received the wrong order that I placed online and then when I brought it back to get the correct one a young guy with dreads/braids and a young white girl had attitudes like I made the mistake and didn't even bother to apologize. Your job is to make sure you give people the right thing because their information is on it! How careless! If you don't want to do your job simply go home. With all these horrible reviews and no changes this store needs to be shut down. The workers clearly don't want to work anyway. I've been coming here since 2019 and never had an issue with customer service but if these are the people here to deal with now no thank you, wont be coming back.

Buyer beware!! Don't trust their staff empty promises and lies about waving Activation Fee or other services that you never ordered like Protection plan. Save yourself many hours of headache for trying to correct their lies. Shame on Verizon for hiring staff like that. And it's their Corporate Location. Shame on Verizon.

If you are looking simple support with your phone then this is not the location for you. We simply went I n to ask a question about my phone which is Galaxy Z fold and I just simply wanted to know if it was ok for me to remove a film from the front of my phone which appeared to look like it was apart of my device, Lynn who is the manager never even looked at the phone told me that I would need to contact tech support to get find out for my problem. I knew this wasn’t right, so I went up to the Old Milton location and Tre knew exactly what to do, he had already heard of this same issue and was able to help me right away!

Second time in a week having problems with Verizon. Phone screen is cracked and we don't have the pin. The only way they can verify the account is to send a push notification to the very phone where the display can't be seen. It can't be emailed, no other alternatives. Very disappointed. We pay a premium for Verizon service...on purpose.
