There was an issue with my photo order, but I was extremely pleased with the service recovery provided by Karim. He was understanding, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. His professionalism and willingness to assist turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.

The Pharmacist Salam was amazing!! I drive extra miles to see him as he is always caring, informative, and knowledgeable to hit a few of his customer service skills but realize there are more.
