Smaller than other regular Publix stores but still has everything you need, including a decent amount of gluten free options and international foods. I’ve always found all the checkout staff to be friendly and helpful. Pharmacy with evening and weekend opening hours is an added bonus!”

“They say that wisdom comes with age. I hope so, because I’m aging, and I sometimes feel as though my knowledge, and wisdom are leaking. Anybody else feel this way? The older I get, the less I really know? I’ve heard of “leaky gut,” but LEAKY BRAIN? Here’s something I do know… with age comes more frequent interaction with pharmacies. I have never, ever encountered one as responsive, and helpful as Morgan Compounding. Great group over there, just great.”

“I ordered a cake for my mom to help her out for my 5 year old brother's party today. Mom went to the Publix to pick up the meal and cake. The Deli customer service was 5 star. The Bakery Manager ability to rectify the situation is a 5 star. The cake online looks good and professional. Being that mom worked in the bakery and talks so highly of the skills, I ordered a Black Panther Warrior Cake. This cake looks very in unprofessional. The bakery manager was great to Mom and offered to completely remake the cake. We just didn't have time to do it over. He gave a discount. Mom brought the cake home. Everyone at the party complained of the cake. It tasted bitter and like hand sanitizer. You be the judge ..... I know Publix could've done better. I also uploaded the picture of what mom expected the cake to look like with the last two pictures, and what we received with the first set of pics. We returned the cake and bought cupcakes. The Bakery Decorator gets 1 stars for effort. If you're not able to do something, Be Honest!

The bakery manager was pleasant and willing to make it right. I wish we had more time for him to remake the cake. Mom told me how pleasant and helpful he was. Thank you Sir! I hope the next cake order is better than this one.”

Not only are they warm and caring people, but they know their business and run it with integrity and professionalism. They are extraordinarily intelligent and compassionate people. “I had a flat tire on my way home from work and after being turned away from a collision center, I wasn't too optimistic about getting help here. I arrived just before closing time and could sense that they weren't thrilled about another service request.After explaining my situation, they inspected my tire and even joked about not noticing it at first, which lightened the mood. Although they tried to sell me a new tire, I declined, but they still put on my spare tire and even offered to add air to my other tires with a smile. I was impressed by their excellent customer service and positive attitudes, especially considering it was closing time.”

“I did my first online order to pick up with a prescription order. It took me 2 hours to shop the website because I look at everything, used online coupons & discounts, ordered 30 items and saved 20%. I drove to the store and parked, waiting for text to let me know when it was ready, thinking it could be at least 30-60 minutes. Within 10 minutes, my order was ready! I was shocked! Great experience, but it's gonna take me a few weeks to eat all the nuts I got on sale!”

She is always in a good mood and helpful.The two pharmacists are fantastic. They both give painless shots. They are always happy to explain information about prescriptions and over the counter meds.Dorothy is always friendly and fast to get people their prescriptions.The staff even applies discount cards that give better discounts than goodRX without asking.This is what real teamwork looks like. “The Kroger fuel center is great! First I enjoy getting my per gallon price reduced based on all the grocery’s I buy in Kroger. It’s so nice to pull up get out and put your phone number in and get .40$ or whatever off the price per gallon. The cost of gas is horrible these days and this is so refreshing to get a reduced price. They also have the ad a tech or the stuff for you keeping your engine clean. Not sure if it works or not. But I but it ever so often. It’s also nice you can purchase soda or other soft drinks while getting your gas. They also have lottery tickets which saves me time by not having to go somewhere else for them. I have in the pass purchased cigarettes out here as well for my spouse, but he has quit!!!! So now I don’t have too. But if you need cigarettes, lottery tickets, oil, snacks, drinks or other things they have it here while you are getting your gas! The people in the booth are always very friendly and customer oriented as well!”

“Not gonna lie, for the longest time, I was not a fan of Wal Mart or Sam's. And then I started going back to Costco, and while it was alright, it just didn't do it for me. I mean, Costco is great if you need to prep for shopping during the holidays or visiting Bucees for the first time, but other than, my stars just don't align as much with Costco as they used to. I had been a Sam's Club member a lonnng time ago, but then went in a drought. 2 years ago, I remember getting an email about getting a basic membership, a chicken, and cupcakes for $45. I decided to jump on the deal, and I was so glad I did! Let me start off with, yes, Sam's can get busy, but I feel not like how Costco can get (I think Sam's is able to combat it better with efficiency updates). They have options like scan and go (which I use religiously), where you literally scan your items as you go, swipe to pay, and show your qr code to the associate at the exit, they scan a few items, and voila, see ya next time! Also, I decided to upgrade to a plus membership, which includes the cash back bonus, earlier hours, and free shipping and curbside pickup. For $115, that can't be beat in my eyes (those early hours come in clutch, especially now I am an early riser again). Now to this store in particular- they have a gas station (across the street, but I don't go), a tire center, a liquor shop, and a lens/hearing aids center inside. The pharmacy is on the opposite side of the entrance. They usually have nice sale items up front, and always seem to have items worth looking at. Another thing I like, is that for the most part, stuff stays in the same places, which is nice (while yes I would love to spend hours in a place like this, I do need to get home eventually). I usually come here for the same items along with anything catching my eyes. The bakery and butcher have surprisingly great quality, that compare to costco. While the selection may not SEEM to be as big, they have plenty of goods in the back, just be friendly with the associates and they will tell you of their treasure troves! Even the prepped foods here are solid and a nice touch if you don't feel like making something from scratch (not that I am guilty of it or anything.......). They have the brands I like and the prices are usually decent, and every once in a while I will find a few things that catch my eye. For sure, this place has been a breath of fresh air, and I will surely keep going!”

“After 3 days of my wife being in the hospital, I went to get all of her new medicines and some additional medical related items-like 15 in all. I was completely overwhelmed, obviously scared. The pharmacist took his time to explain everything to me & how it all worked. They were out of one item & he suggested I checked with CVS. I went to CVS and it couldn’t have been a worse experience. When I got home, I called the pharmacist back & he helped me find what we needed. Every time we use Publix pharmacy, they are helpful, kind, and professional. Shout out to y’all. “The pharmacy is always outstanding. Outstanding, friendly, and, knowledgeable staff. At times when I am line waiting to pick up my prescriptions, I am always in awe at how patient and friendly the staff remains when it is busy and there can be some difficult customers taking up a great deal of time. I am on a large number of prescriptions (so I have come to know the staff very well). They have always had my prescriptions in stock (aside from a rare instance when a drug is having a shortage at all pharmacies). I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

I am a physician and am always impressed by her knowledge of the medicines and her relentless dedication to her job. We travel extra 20 min to this Publix just so we can see Jackie. Seeing " aunty Jackie" is always the highlight of my daughters day when we go there.”

“I got the runaround (of sorts) from so many pharmacies - I get if you don't have a medicine in stock, it is what it is, but there is a professional way to handle things. That is, don't say the wrong medicine name, don't make up facts whether something is liquid or pill, etc.

This pharmacy actually picks up the phone and helps (vs having to leave a voicemail). They were proactive in helping find a solution to a medicine that is in short stock.”
