Xfinity is a good WiFi I will give it that, but they will lie to you one their deals. I was told that my WiFi would be $65 a month. Whenever it came time to confirm my appointment for the WiFi, they told me they had a special going on there was a free phone line for a year and it would take $40 off my WiFi and I would only be paying $25 a month. I was like are you sure? Is this legit? He said yes. So I added the phone line and went on my way. I ended up getting billed for WiFi that I didn’t even have for a full month because they didn’t have it set up till 3 weeks after my appointment. And I had to pay $40 for a full month. They told me it was a one time charge my monthly bill would be $19.62 a month and I’m like bet. Then I get hit with a $68 phone bill that I wasn’t told about. They refunded me that one time and said it wouldn’t happen again. Yet it did and they refuse to do anything about it. They also didn’t tell me I was on a limited WiFi plan and I got hit with an extra $100 to my bill. Xfinity knows that the issue is on their end and refuses to do anything about it. Xfinity won’t honor your contract and what you sign and will make you a contract without letting you know either that way you’re stuck paying it. Once my comtract is over I won’t be using them again nor referring people to them. They’re liars and basically thieves because they will rob you of your money.

My customer support and sales representative, Ian, located at the Alpharetta Store, was a big help in setting me up with a new internet plan. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding my plan. He is one reason why I continue to use Xfinity and visit his store for support!!

I’ve been a xfinity customer more than a year now, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. When I go to the store to update my address that I am not able to do it in the app they told me to call the customer service and they can update it I have contacted the customer service to update my address that lady totally change my plane and added a new account to my new address I have been double checked with her that my promotion will be applied to the new address but Despite signing up for a promotional offer, the credit is not being applied to my bill automatically each month. Every single month, I have to spend hours on the phone with customer service to get the promotion credited to my account. This is not only time-consuming but also extremely inconvenient.
The customer service representatives are usually polite and try to help, but the fact that this issue keeps happening month after month shows a clear lack of system efficiency. It feels like xfinity is making it unnecessarily difficult for customers to take advantage of the promotions they advertise.
I expected better from such a large company. Fixing this recurring issue should be a priority. Until then, I can’t recommend xfinity to anyone who values their time and sanity.

They said second line should be 20 + taxes but charging 40 dollars and all xinfinity policies or services are confusing

The Xfinity store provided exceptional service from start to finish! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in finding the best solution for my needs. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, ensuring I fully understood the plan and equipment before making a decision. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and make sure I left feeling completely satisfied with my new Xfinity mobile phone. This is definitely the best customer service experience I've had at an Xfinity store!

Needed to exchange equipment. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Super service. Love Comcast or hate it, this store is a great customer service location.

Never get xfinity. First off, they lost peoples identities in a data breach. That should be enough. Next, their 'move yourself' service is bugged. It broke my account, and instead of fixing my internet I had to switch to google fiber. Well, guess who kept charging me! I now owe $500 for internet I never received and they don't care, they sent it to a debt collector now and it's affecting my credit score!
The thanks they gave me for getting my identity stolen was to charge me $500 and screw with my credit score. I will never use comcast again, glad they aren't a monopoly anymore. Peace forever corporate leeches, hope a one time payment of $500 and never receiving money again is a good business model!

Here we go again...12.29.24 internet out SINCE 5AM WITH NO FREAKING UPDATE TO YOUR OUTAGE PAGE WITH ANY ETA...like, I get you are a Monopoly here and now, but let's give it another year...I can't wait to dump this crappy service that constantly goes out...just facts.
Internet out all afternoon day after Christmas, awesome job Xfinity...you guys need to wise up QUICK, Starlink seems like a much better deal considering I keep paying you guys for no service...wise up Xfinity, your days are numbered.
