This is how all Xfinity stores should be! Friendly associates, handled my return quickly, gave me a receipt. In & out in 5 minutes. Also, the A/C was kicking!

this Xfinity store is very solid. I had an easy return of equipment. Good amount of customer service reps available. Only canceled service because we moved.
My only complaint with Xfinity is their rate hikes, but I will rate the store according to the usefulness of the customer service.
