Me and my wife was in the store to upgrade our phones; when we walked in, Eddie greeted us as if he was waiting for us. Spend almost an hour with him and ended up buying two new phones. He was very pleasant, patient & knowledgeable and helped us with all our questions and concerns. Great Customer service, clean and well kept Store.Thank you Eddie

This is my honest review with xfinity, if need to forget talking to anyone about the issue, it always takes you some automated voice assistance, that never understands the problem. It is a straight procedure to cancel the account.. OMG..

After being frustrated with apple for days i walked in to this location praying for a real resolve to my business phone issues. Sales consultant Eddie was able to help us with no issues, put us at ease with a great personality, and got us finnnnally to a resolve! Definitely will recommend Eddie, very polite and knowledgeable!

im complaining about the company as a whole this company is not professional one bit i have screenshots of my live chats i was bounced from agent to agent all i wanted was to end service i was then called a assured ill get 3 months of credit to my account but only if i lied about my experiences with the live chat but of course i didn't and the agent hung up in my face i called back because nobody disconnected the service to finally get it done dont use this company they will disappoint you ever time

My experience with Xfinity's customer service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Initially promised a next-day technician appointment to set up Internet, I was informed after placing the order that the slot was unavailable, and the soonest option was the following Monday. Being that was my only option, I accepted and provided my credit card information to confirm the order and received the confirmation number. Come Monday, no one contacted me. No technician showed up. After 2.5-hours worth of calls, where one representative couldn't locate my account, another rep redirected me to a different number despite my explanation. When I called the store directly and asked for Juan, my original rep, I was told, by Fernando, Juan would email me in 15 minutes, then hung up on. For a supposedly confirmed account and appointment, the lack of follow-through and dismissive behavior were unacceptable. Considering AT&T for their better reliability and cost-effective options seems like a wiser choice given this experience.

Jermaine O’Conner provided me extraordinary service. He went above and beyond to help me port a number from T-Mobile. Going so far is to give me his business card and allowing me to text him so I did not have to continue to come to go into the store. Jermaine needs to be recognized for his customer service!!
