“I was in Americus a couple of days ago I was near Autozone and a plastic fitting broke on heater core hose. I didn’t have any tools with me but I knew I could by pass it and get back on the road. The gentlemen working at the time was very busy but he patiently loaned me the tools I needed and I was able to get going.I only spent less than five dollars but he didn’t mind helping me even though he was swamped and by himself at the moment. I didn’t get his name but I want to thank him for his kindness. This is the kind of store I do business with and I will remember them in the future.”

“I had another amazing experience at this location. I don't stay far from anything in Americus, Ga, so I walked from home with my dead battery in my cart. First, I stopped at O'R**** and was not greeted and was looked upon as if I had no money, it was not busy and Kyle looked at me up and down, after that I admittedly left. I took my cart and proceeded to Advance and I felt right at home, welcoming. Mr. Steven checked my battery and it was dead. He helped me get everything I needed and took care of the old battery, and put my new one in my cart and sent me on my way. The store manager was there, and he was very nice as well. I recommend this location to anyone, and sweet Mz. Chloe is still there as well. I wish them much success at this location and thanks for receiving me and delivering exceptional service.”

“A buck slapped my brand new Jeep grand Cherokee. She had a busted lip and chin. ?. Tow company took her to Sniders and I was kept informed every step of the way once she got there. They were thorough and my girl looks good as new. For having 6 grand in damage, it looks like it never even happened!! I was treated well, and so was my Jeep! I would certainly recommend anyone with any body work needs to take it here!”
