“Fast! But most importantly, they were happy to install a taillight for my friend when auto parts stores told her they could only install batteries and nothing else. I'm giving J&J 5 stars and declaring them friendly for women who do not know much about cars. My older friend told them she had just bought the used vehicle we were in from an individual rather than a dealership. She asked them to give it a quick check, change the oil, replace the taillight, and replace the worn out wipers. They were happy to do those things for her. I was fully prepared for someone to give us a list of things that needed to be done or replaced having had mechanics and car places take advantage or attempt to take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding vehicles for most of my life. However, they definitely did not do that! They seemed pleased to have a new customer and made no attempt to exploit us for extra profit. The waiting area was tidy and reasonably clean. The staff was very friendly.”
“A buck slapped my brand new Jeep grand Cherokee. She had a busted lip and chin. ?. Tow company took her to Sniders and I was kept informed every step of the way once she got there. They were thorough and my girl looks good as new. For having 6 grand in damage, it looks like it never even happened!! I was treated well, and so was my Jeep! I would certainly recommend anyone with any body work needs to take it here!”

“Here’s my story and review. I hope someone can benefit from it especially the women because not many of us know anything about auto maintenance. Well, I was having problems with my car, check engine light on and computer testing monitor showing three codes. I visited two different mechanic shops which I paid for the parts and labor…whatever the mechanic said would fix my car problem I went for it. The first mechanic shop called and said that my car was ready for pickup…I pulled off and thirty minutes later the check engine light back on with the same mechanical issue. The exact same thing happened after leaving the second mechanic shop. I spent so much money on auto parts, mechanic labor fees, and a two week auto rental…IF YOU DON’T CARE TO READ ABOVE STORY MY REVIEW STARTS HERE LOL…A retired mechanic referred me to GEAR MASTER TRANSMISSIONS (GMT). I stopped by GMT in my auto rental because I had to pass by it leaving my place of employment …it was closed to GMT closing hours..I explained the auto issues…DJ the owner/mechanic told me to go get the car he’ll try wait a few..brought the car back and left it at GMT…the NEXT DAY!!!! the NEXT DAY!!! I received a call that my car was ready…this was about two weeks ago and my car is still running great..no check engine lights..NOTHING!!! This is the main part..DJ was honest, reliable, and knowledgeable about the possibilities of my car problems. My repair issues and labor wasn’t near as much spent at the other two mechanic shops which money was spent and the mechanical issues was not fixed. The secretary handed me my invoice and I was shocked….I’m saying to myself, “You fixed my car in one day and this is your fee”….Other mechanic shops didn’t fix my mechanical issues but charged a lot more..If you find yourself reading this review just know that you won’t be disappointed just because you don’t know much about auto maintenance. I forgot the mothers name which is the secretary whom had the invoice and keys when I went to pick up my car. Very nice, friendly, and good customer service. Didn’t have to wait on the mechanic to get back everything so professional. Sorry so long, but I’m big on reviews and I appreciate the retired mechanic that referred me to GMT. Thanks again GMT.”

“Kenny he is a very good mechanic. He is very good at what do. My car had a really bad oil leak from the intake gasket which was my front valve cover. I took it to kenny he fixed that problem for me. My car do not leak any oil anymore. If you need a good mechanic check out kenny.”
