Dane went out of his way to ship the part outside of their shipping hours to get it to me the next day. This was true customer service at its finest. “Got my front end alignment today on my 65 Mustang at McNabb Tire and Wheels in Rockmart, GA. It only cost me $50 but Eric at the shop said that the price varies depending on the job. If you have a classic car of any kind I recommend going to see them for your all your tire and wheel needs including front end alignments. Great service and great people!”
“I’ve had to use r&j twice now on the same car! Lol. They’re extremely professional and do TOP NOTCH work. The first collision, someone had accidentally backed into my rear quarter panel I’ve included some before pictures. The picture of just that quarter panel is after! It’s like it never happened. The second collision happened on thanksgiving night, someone hit my car while it was parked in my driveway and did some considerable damage but they made sure it was fixed with quality parts, precision, and in a timely manner. “I stopped by Rakestraw Auto Services this morning in a bit of a pickle. I couldn't get a wheel off my camper because one of the lug studs was just free-spinning.
The gentleman at the counter took the time to explain what was likely happening, gave me some advice on how to get the drum assembly off, and told me to bring it by once I had it removed.
Following his advice, I was able to get the drum assembly off and brought it in. They quickly fixed the spinning stud issue and even started to put a new tire on it before realizing they didn't have the proper load rating that my camper required. Rather than selling me the wrong tire, they let me know and sent me on my way.
What impressed me most was that they didn't charge me anything for fixing the stud, even though I was fully prepared to pay. They genuinely just wanted to help.
This was my first time there, but it definitely won't be my last. Honest, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for someone they had never met. Stand-up guys, and I highly recommend them.”

“I had to take my Tahoe in a little over a year ago because the transmission needed to be replaced. They were very nice and did a great job! I had a family member that had to take her suv in a few weeks ago and at first they thought it was the transmission but just needed a sensor and something else small. They were very honest and let her know she in fact did not need a transmission, not everyone would have done that. I would recommend this shop 100%!!”

“I LOVE JOE JOHN AND SCOTTY. I have had really bad experiences being that I am a female at shops like mavis tire and brake.
