“Good morning y’all,So cut to the chase, I got in my first accident in my first car. Very nervous and didn’t know where to start. Progressive, my insurance sent me to this shop only a 4 minute drive from my work. When I get this information the first thing I did was look up the reviews, and they don’t do it justice. They gave me an estimate of a month for repairs, they much rather give you a longer date and have you pick it up early then to keep pushing it back. Shawn Jefferson was the man, he got me my car in 10 days and was EXTREMELY communicative. I was so lucky, everyone was so nice and helpful. When I called they always answered and they explained to me about their text message process, how the system sometimes messes up so you don’t get any messages, regardless of those tribulations they still communicated to me.
