Hawthorne Drug Co. is a caring, old-school, family-owned pharmacy and the very best in the area. It is a total Mom and Pop business that provides a breath of fresh air compared to big box pharmacies. The staff is friendly, super sweet, knowledgeable, and wants to help. They offer excellent customer service, really go out of their way, and make customers feel comfortable asking any question. Services include compounding drugs, ordering whatever is needed, and preparing convenient prefilled blister packs. They provide flu shots, though only Monday through Friday from 10 to 5. A sweet little deli attached offers delicious breakfast and lunch options. This is a wonderful, highly recommended local business with rare care.
Great service, they go out of their way to serve you. They will go out of their way for you, I had one of the pharmacist stay after closing just so I could get my prescription and that's something I will never forget. Need a pharmacy? This is the place and while you're waiting you can get a bite to eat at Emms.
