“What is there to say other than Sam's Club Gas Stations know how to get it done quickly, efficiently, and at a much lower price than the surrounding gas stations. I love the fact that everyone is forced to enter and exit in the same direction; it truly makes the whole cluster of getting gas around 25 different cars a lot easier. I save enough money on gas to more than cover the cost of membership; let alone all the other savings realized at Sam's Club. If you drive a lot, join Sam's Club and enjoy the good, inexpensive gas.”

“If it wasnt for this place I wouldnt be able to afford any kind of dr visit. They work with me on a sliding scale basis, if i cant cover my meds when i need them, they Wil work with me on payment. I have only had to do that once, and it was no big deal. They didnt make me feel bad about needing some more time to have the money or give me any issues with it. I love that I can get the routine maintenance medical care i need even without insurance.”

“I’ve been using Hodgson’s for years to get my meds and I cannot recommend them enough. I’m a college student without health insurance and they have done so much to help me afford my meds. I got prescribed a med that was $150 and they took it down to $58 for me. I didn’t even have to ask, they just did it. The pharmacists are so sweet - Roxanne is such a kind woman and they all know me by name when I come in. It makes me emotional to have people in healthcare really help someone out who is financially struggling. I cannot recommend them enough. Lovely, kind people who always get my meds in super fast. 5/5 stars!!!”
“This review is only for the gas station at Sam's Club.We came here to fill up the gas tank before driving back to Atlanta. The gas price was the least expensive in Athens. The gas station was clean, and located across the parking lot from Sam's Club. The station's queue area leading up to the pumps could accommodate many cars and the painted lines were straight and visible. Fortunately, we didn't have to wait in a long line; however, the wait time was extended due to customers not being in any hurry. I usually see a Sam's Club employee walking around the gas station, no matter where I go; not this time, though.”

The initial experience was frustrating, especially given the time-sensitive nature of IVF medications, but I'm grateful for the follow-up and professionalism shown afterward.**
My experience today was very disappointing. I didn’t receive notification that my medications were ready until after 4 PM, at which point I was already in Gwinnett visiting a friend. I called the pharmacy at 6:21 PM to let them know I was on my way to pick up time-sensitive IVF medication that had already been paid for. I was told to come and that staff would still be there.
I made every effort to arrive on time, driving directly down 316, and arrived right at 7:00 PM. Staff saw me approaching, but the pharmacy was locked at 7:01 PM without assisting me. When I explained I had called ahead, I was told the lockup process had already started.
Given the nature of fertility medications and the prior communication, this felt dismissive and lacking in compassion. IVF is an emotionally demanding process, and a small moment of consideration would have made a significant difference.
I want to note that this is the first negative experience I’ve had, my medications are usually handled and delivered smoothly. However, this interaction was disheartening.”
“Wanted to surprise my brother with a 17th bday cake custom made for him, and was nothing but impressed. I called on the phone with Erin, and she let me drop off a rough sketch of what I wanted. Not only did she go above and beyond, but made my brothers very special! Thank you to Kroger Bakery!”
“These pharmacists and staff are great. I have only been using them for a few months for a specific medication. But they go above and beyond. There was an error somewhere and the delivery never made it to me. Technically it was too early to refill, but he said he was going to send me part of the prescription and finish filling it when it was due, he called me back and confirmed my address and told me he was going to go on and fill the entire prescription. Great group of people five stars all the way. 😀”
“Pharmacist was very helpful. My daughter is at UGA and went to Urgent Care on a Sunday. I called to transfer her information from our hometown. The pharmacist was very personable and even offered to stay a little after 6 for her to be able to get her prescriptions!”
“This is the best pharmacy. I have been going here for decades. Some of the same pharmacists are still there. The tech who does check out is so very kind. She always helps me find the best price. When they were out of a drug I needed because of supply issues, they called all stores within an hour of me. They are a great group. Love you guys!! Also, special shout out to Lashawn. She is what makes that pharmacy special. Amazing person. Always so helpful. Looks out for you.”

I have seen them personally make extra phone calls and research the internet to solve your problems and satisfy your prescription needs. They have found me the lowest price when necessary and resolved conflicting issues with my prescriptions. They act like you are a beloved neighbor! Great pharmacy!!”

“The staff are very helpful. Their automated or online refill requests are easy. Hate that covid ruined everything. The hours aren't as late as they were before covid. They also close for lunch, 1-1:30. Everyone deserves a lunch break. I just worry about finding a 24hr pharmacy in an emergency. How many 24hr stores continued being 24hr stores after covid? I love this pharmacy, they do everything to lower your out of pocket expenses. They beat a lot of competitors out of out-of-pocket costs.”
