“I ordered online and did a store pickup. William assisted me and informed me of the current deals. I contacted him a few days later to add a line and get another phone for my child. He was EXTREMELY helpful. He got everything setup for me over the phone and even arranged for my phone to be picked up the same day. Once I got to the store, I met with Trinity. She had already ported over my number then she transferred my data. We had a great conversation during the process. She’s like one of the sweetest people I’ve met. Both William & Trinity were very knowledgeable and efficient. There were no slip-ups, mistakes, misinformation, manipulation, or delays. They were on point and I could tell that they really have the customers best interest at heart. They’re literally in my top 3 best customer services experiences ever! I highly recommend this store and their services.”

“I had a phone situation and I thought my carrier, Mint Mobile, would be compatible with T-Mobile devices. Turns out the SIM cards are completely separate even though Mint is owned by T-Mobile. The T-Mobile associate, Keith, was extremely helpful. He spent a bit of time on the phone with Mint Mobile getting me an E-SIM, he worked through the options for me to solve my issue, and in general he was a highly professional expert.”
“The girls treated me very well, they receive my payment, not like in other stores that do not receive payments, they are only willing to sell, in the other metro stores in Athens they do not assist me when I go to pay for the month.”
“I had a completely shattered iPhone 11 that I couldn't use because there was dirt or water underneath the screen. I brought it in, and for a very reasonable price and a short amount of time, they made it good as new! I'd definitely recommend going to them because my experience was great there. “I went there 4 1/2 years ago and dreaded how long I thought it would take (full experience had been 2 1/2 hours then) - and it was a breeze! Didn't wait long for service, Everett was super helpful - quickly accessed my account, compared pricing for me on a few things (plus great advice), set up everything for me including transferring info from old to new phone, and answered some other AT&T questions I had (like AT&T fiber not available in my neighborhood and other options). Extremely satisfied and confident about my effortless purchase!”

“If you want an AWESOME manager ran Cricket store look no further. Sarah is Absolutely the BEST!! She helped me right after 5 customers had just left and had to contact customer service because the Cricket Sim card was not working in my At&t Z Fold 3 phone I bought from At&t. She was able to contact not only her Supervisor Andrew who I spoke too and was very understanding but also the Owner Edgar who Absolutely helps new customers in his store. He made sure I didnt go to Verizon or Sprint or whoever and kept me with the Cricket family. I thank ya'll so mich for your understanding, compassion, and willingness to make a new customer feel welcome. “Legit, tells it how it is, you get what you see and much more along with long-term support and old fashioned integrity and kindness. They should team up with an old fashioned ice cream parlor and serve all you can eat Belgian Waffles but just a suggestion, I guess you'd have to eventually leave tho, and the business owners do need to make some sort of profit somehow I guess that would be the only problem.”
