Sebastian at the West Broad Street store is fantastic. He is my go to guy for working out issues, upgrades, and purchasing new devices. I really trust that he is working hard on behalf of the customer and that is uncommon. Ask for Sebastian and you will get great service and make a new friend.

Cannot recommend this store enough. Struggled with customer service for several days only to have Sebastian fix our issue transferring carriers in less than 5 minutes and get us upgraded in 15 minutes. Then went above and beyond to help us put together boxes for our trade ins.
