Kadie Rosser couldn’t have been nicer! Opened up a checking and savings account with her, and had a great conversation. She has an answer for every question we had (and has a great music taste). Great banking benefits and friendly staff.

Left another regional bank due to its poor service. Pinnacle was, and continues to be, an excellent choice. No more incorrect debits, antiquated online programs, screw-ups with check orders, etc. Pinnacle staff are personable, knowledgeable, and concerned with providing great customer service.
