“I've used this bank for over 15 years, mainly at the downtown office. The customer service overall is very good, especially from the person at the desk in the main area. For a long time that person was Tiffany Taylor, and she was excellent. Now Yesenia Diaz is in that role, and she is very good, as well. Competent, efficient, kind, knowledgeable. Recently I sent a check in the mail, which ended up being stolen and forged. When the check was submitted, Ms. Diaz caught the forgery, and the money was not released. She helped me to secure my account and start a new one.I did have a terrible experience there with an employee who was "helping" with a re-fi. That lady was a mess.In general my experience has been good, and I like to support a locally owned bank, so I've stayed.”
