“I don't even know where to begin...but first things first, the Banker SETH K. is an AMAZING banker and person! I literally asked if I could give him a hug before leaving.? He fixed a issue I was having in two seconds when literally every person I spoke with on the phone kept lying, making up excuses and giving me the run around, wasting my time and being of no help at all. “I know Wells Fargo as a company has issues, but the folks at this branch are so helpful and kind! I came in right before closing, and they helped me get a billed paid even though I didn’t have a card (issues with delivery) nor a smartphone for digital wallet. They also helped provide options for where I now live, to get a card ASAP and if worse came to worse, willing to have it personally delivered to the branch. It was above and beyond.?”

“I've used this bank for over 15 years, mainly at the downtown office. The customer service overall is very good, especially from the person at the desk in the main area. For a long time that person was Tiffany Taylor, and she was excellent. Now Yesenia Diaz is in that role, and she is very good, as well. Competent, efficient, kind, knowledgeable. Recently I sent a check in the mail, which ended up being stolen and forged. When the check was submitted, Ms. Diaz caught the forgery, and the money was not released. She helped me to secure my account and start a new one.I did have a terrible experience there with an employee who was "helping" with a re-fi. That lady was a mess.In general my experience has been good, and I like to support a locally owned bank, so I've stayed.”
“We made an appointment to go over a basic cd . Kyle was excellent, warm friendly greeting and took us in to his office early. He went over what we needed and gave us our options. Kyle remembered our previous conversations and was very informative about our current situation . He made sure we were completely happy with our options and gave us several recommendations on local restaurants since we are new to the area. He took time to ask about our family and checked on any future needs or plans. He was excellent!”

“I started with this bank location in 1979 and I have stayed with it all these years up to 2026. The people that work here are the best. Even as it changed names over all those years, the bank and the service and the employees have always been so helpful, taken care of my personal business, and was a nice location for me to always use. The only time I was ever disappointed was when I was hacked, the hackers got into my account and charged my account for high price costs. After a police report was filled, they took my great credit score and left me to work to try to bring it back up. I always thought my bank would have my back in case of such fraud, but I found out different. Seems I learned the hard way, that no matter what they say they do for you, I was the one who lost my great credit score. I can't see changing the bank account to another bank, I just know I don't trust them anymore. The fraud was not my fault, but the bank did not give me my good credit score back...I had to re-earn it myself.”
