John provided me with some customer service that was second to none!!! Titus showed up at my door the next day and even though I didn't actually meet him, I did get to talk with him on the phone and he was super easy to deal with, my wife said he was very pleasant to be around as well. Thank you Piedmont Propane - Athens for having very high quality people working there. I really didn't expect it to be delivered so quickly. These men should be recognized for representing the company so well!!!”
