“I dont go any where else for my inside storage needs. Its still clean and the air inside this safe facility is clean and well ventilated. sometimes people use things like mothballs and its pretty toxic for the surrounding people but Ive only detected bad odors very infrequently. I dont like how they raise the prices almost double after a few months of taking advantage of the initial rate but its their system. Im surprised more people dont mention it. It is what it is.”

Memories that I don't want to get rid of. My so passed away in 1995. I have his things stored. I just can't seem to get rid of them. So I have been doing business with at this storage facility for 30 years. The first owner was very nice to me. He sold out and now I have very nice and great owners that took over. They have been so great and nice to me. I want to Thank them for all they do to protect my units. May God Bless them each and every day in their lives. ❤️”

“Staff is friendly and helpful, I've had two mishaps with the Wilkerson location (part of the siding broke a bookshelf and then the building flooded and destroyed 50% of what was in there) so I don't recommend that one, but the Danielsville road location is managed much better and they've been super kind to me the past few years I've been with them. I do recommend using them for your storage needs, just maybe not the gravel lot location 😅”

“Midgard Storage in Athens was a great place to have rented a storage unit for my college-aged son! The customer service staff was extremely helpful & courteous with understanding terms of the contract, as well as responding quickly to texts or phone calls. The facility and unit space were both clean and secure. The check-out / “end lease” procedures were carefully explained via contract and phone conversation. Midgard is definitely recommended for a great storage unit experience!”

“This place is awesome! They gave me my first month free and I got a large unit 10x20 for the same price and often less than a 5x10. I moved into my unit today for $43 including the lock! I totally recommend this place if you are looking for storage. You can always tell by the way someone treats you from the beginning how you'll be treated for the rest of the time.”

“EDIT - The District Manager reached out to me immediately. She wanted to hear more about my experience. There were work orders in place to fix the doors and remove abandoned contents. She said property manager would treat for ants ourside units and that she was going out there the end of the week to inspect herself. She also reimbursed me a months rent. I look forward to seeing the improvement next yime we are there and reserve my last star for then.
The rental experience was great. Very helpful and friendly. The storage site was a huge disappointment. There were broken doors, a chair laying outside, some doors partially open or looked like they were kicked in. As we unloaded our vehicle into the storage unit we realized we were stepping through multiple ant hills. My feet and ankles are so bit up and swollen still after 4 days. I am hoping our stuff will be OK. I did see cameras and the gate was working, but I have a hard time believing that the property manager has ever been there!”
