I have been banking at this bank branch for almost 20 years now. The customer service is wonderful. When I walk in there is always someone saying hello Ms. Penny. Makes you feel really special.

The banking hours are not customer oriented, they have worse than " banker hours" 9-4. No other bank in town is open less hours You have 4 drive in window but never more than one open I can't wait to close my account and open one with a bank that truly wants to serve customers
