I never had any problems with the staff. They're very sweet but the Truist bank charges $12 if you move money from your savings account to your checking account too often. They also charge $12 per month if you don't keep at least $500 in the account. Thought you should know before you bank there. I still like them. God bless you all.

Miss Jolly is such a pleasure to do business with. I had a system issue and she got it resolved and was so patient and professional. She even assisted me in making sure I was able to login to my account. Experiences like these is what makes them stand out among the rest.

Truist transferred almost $1000 from my account to another, however, the money transferred never actually reached the other account and I never authorized a transfer in the first place. The bank managers at Truist haven’t been able to track down where the money was sent or who authorized the transfer in the first place. Don’t bank here.

This morning, I was prepared to close all of my accounts at this Truist branch. Fortunately, Ms. Markisha Harper's patience, thoroughness, and willingness to find solutions to my problems this afternoon stopped that from happening. She worked nearly ninety minutes to resolve my issues, even making made sure my Debit card worked before I left by walking me to the ATM and waiting while I checked. I am sorry for the bad experiences that others have had at this branch. There is no guarantee that you will have the same experience tomorrow that I had today (10/4/22), but I hope you do. I had a headache as I walked in and breathed a sigh of relief as I walked out. Markisha, you rock! Excellent job!!

Horrible customer service. I could not even get a banker to speak with. Girl had a terrible attitude and instead of being helpful was off putting and her distasteful comments where anything but helpful. Don't trust Truist is the lesson of the day. I will instead bank with people who are friendly and helpful instead of being greeted with a frown by someone who clearly is not happy to be at work nor happy to help a customer.

Don't bank with this company they steal money from your account and you can't trust that your money will be secure! I have had several issues with this bank I have been charged 36$ overdraft fees for no reason I have online banking so I check my account to make sure of what my balance is to avoid that .they are a scam an not organized at all when it comes to their policies!!!

All I wanted to do was apply for an automobile loan. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 different times and after waiting 30 minutes each time I was still never seen by a banker. I'm starting to hate this location. Either do your business online or go to another branch, these people don't care about wasting your time!!

Just spent almost an hour in the drive through. They were closed to inside business so had no other option. Can’t put 100% blame on the short sided staff. Some folks ahead of me weren’t prepared with their banking so they had to get a pen and fill out their deposit slips. Please people be prepared we you go to the drive through and for gods sakes Sun Trust get your act together.

Drove all around town and none of the branches are open for help. Only drive thru is available. What happens if you actually need help with an account.

Been sitting at the drive thru for over 30 minutes and sill waiting. Never had this issue with Bank of America, or the branch on Gaines School Rd.Finally get done with drive thru.. total time...40 minutes. Smh.

They outta control at this suntrust lol. I walked in and wanted to do a cash advance with my card simple. They banker said they can't with debit so I said okay I will use credit. She literally said no and gave me some bs excuse, even though, I have done this plenty of times. What she was saying literally did not make sense. Maybe it was bc it was around the time they close? I have no idea why she refused to do her job. So I went to the Bank of America down the street, which was much more simple and pleasant experience.
