The UPS Store on Hwy 29 is great with super helpful and great staff. The employees are always kind, polite, tech savvy, and experienced, providing amazing customer service. They are helpful in person and over the phone, walking customers through processes like printing and exchanges. The store is clean, and service is really fast with speedy checkout, even when the store is packed and there is a line. The price is right, making the experience something to look forward to.

Nick was very helpful and moved some heavier boxes without seeming to struggle while Maggie was being very helpful to some other customers .I even learned that from what it seems Maggie speaks some Spanish .The team at UPS is always welcoming and willing to have conversation or just be caring/kind .Thank you
