The equipment is great. The staff is questionable. They take longer than necessary and seldom are able to provide enough answers.

The attendants were fast for both the check-out and check-in process. Amounts were clear, and bank statements showed the correct charge. No hassle with paperwork or tons of questions. Very straightforward and helpful. They put a security hold on your account, but this is usual and was cleared immediately upon return.
