I dropped off a package last Thursday to overnight ship to my sister who is in college. I was quoted several prices in store: next day air for Friday delivery, 2 day for Saturday delivery, etc. I opted to pay $90 to ship the package with next day air so it would arrive Friday. Needless to say, the package did not arrive Friday. On Saturday morning, the tracking displayed a message “there is no estimated delivery date for your package.” I spent over an hour on the phone with UPS customer service, and I had to escalate the call to a supervisor to get any answers. The supervisor explained that I would have to contact this UPS store directly in order to launch an investigation into what happened to my package. I called this store on Saturday and was told that there wasn’t a manager available who could help me and I would receive a call on Monday. I waited until mid day on Monday and still had not heard anything, and this time when I called, the manager was on lunch and I was told she would call when she returned. I never received a call. On Tuesday, the tracking started updating and the package arrived! But still no word from this UPS store. I called a third time, finally spoke to the manager and was told I would receive a refund for the next day shipping within 2 weeks. I hope that my experience here is an outlier, but the lack of communication from this store is unacceptable in my opinion. No one ever contacted me to apologize for the delays or offer a refund— I had to just keep calling back until the manager would speak to me. I was also never given an explanation on what happened with the package. I understand there may have been weather delays but no one took the time to remedy this situation.

I went to this location to print and laminate documents. All of my documents were printed and laminated accordingly. The laminated document was sturdy and clear. All of the employees, especially Drew, went out of their way to recover a 123 MB document that was hard to send. They are phenomenal!

they’ll tell you they can accept a bulk amount of cable boxes, then you’ll start bringing them in and they basically say “never mind” after looking like they’ve seen a ghost. we even went in and asked if they would accept them before we started dragging them in the store. thankfully, the spectrum customer service team is much better than the UPS customer service team, and spectrum wasn’t even shocked at the lack of professionalism from UPS. i would recommend employing those who actually want to work (:

Terrible!! I dropped off a package at 9:00 am and they still missed the ship out time of 5:00 pm and I was assured my package would be delivered the next day but it was not. I called the store and they just said they were sorry but didn’t offer to refund my money or to even give me an estimated time of delivery. The package contained a set of keys. Wish I had never trusted this store.
