“This is such a wonderful place from checkin to entire stay. Very comfortable rooms!! Location is walking!! Best of all, Valencia is the server at the breakfast bar. Her smiling face, positive attitude, and desire to truly please her customers goes beyond!! What Valencia did not know is that I was not feeling well and because of her positive energy and caring service, I feel much better. She made my day! Thank you sweet lady! ??”

“Our party got tickets for "Come From Away". Our tickets were bought on opening day yet our seats were deep in the back. I'm not complaining just saying if you think you want to see a play don't drag your feet. Athens has a culturally active residence. As for the Classic. There's plenty of parking as long as you plan accordingly. I like to scout out the parking options before I get there. The hall itself is beautiful. Great acoustic. The sound system made you feel you were in the front even if you were in the middle or back. The seats are a little cramped but not noticeable. The guides are helpful, to get you to your seat. They had a digital monitor to check you in which seems to bog things down but with time we will adjust. The ladies and gent bathrooms were plenty and clean. Finally. I highly recommend attending the The Classic Theater productions.”

“The burgers are good here and they have a nice selection of beer but the other food is way overpriced for what you get. If you eat at the bar don't expect great service. You'll get better service if you sit at a table.”

“When calling this facility Sparrow has been beyond helpful. 2 days in a row she has helped me find restaurants for my military spouse before they arrived. And continued to be helpful as I have called with questions about pizza delivery and spots to look for. We will visit this establishment the next time we visit this area.”

“Excellent choice especially if you have an event next-door at the Classic Center. This hotel is centrally located to several restaurant choices. The rooms were clean and well stock with towels. The complementary breakfast was amazing. The convenience of having a restaurant/bar at the hotel Was an edit touch for food and drinks. We experienced a little bit of trouble with check-in. Despite calling the hair with room changes, the front desk was unaware. Also, double charged for the room, but was refunded within 24 hours.Walkability: Super convenient for events/business at the classic center. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance.Food & drinks: The complementary breakfast was impressive at this location. The place restaurant downstairs offered great bar, food selections, as well as a full bar for drinks.”
“My husband and I got married at 255 in September of 2023 and it was truly the wedding of my dreams. The entire day went off without a hitch, their whole staff is truly astounding! They were able to accommodate all of our requested needs whether it was regarding serving food, bar services, the ceremony space, anything! All the individuals who work here are lovely and were truly a pleasure to plan with, they are the kind of people you want supporting you and creating your dream day! All of it was perfect, the grounds of the venue are breathtaking and unlike any of the other venues we toured such as ballrooms, farms, barns, churches, etc. There was just something so elegant and special about this space. I wouldn’t have wanted our big day to take place anywhere else!”
