“We just stayed here recently for a friends wedding and had the most wonderful experience. Starting with service, we had some changes in our flights that were beyond our control. Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us, getting us into our room and even mapping out things for us to do. I would come back just from the hospitality alone. Rooms were great and the location is central to everything that we didn't need to even uber most of the locations. Will definitely be returning”
“An amazing tour form start to finish! Our group (which communication in booking was seamless for) thoroughly enjoyed learning more about Athens and the Regency Mourning customs. Libba was the tour guide for the home/welcome center portion, and lead our group with enthusiasm, kindness, and was always open to questions. Luis took our group on the shuttle tour and knew everything about everything! I wish I could recall all that was shared, but I'll leave it to the experts and recommend you all to see for yourself and book a tour!”

“This was a conference center that was being used for a statewide music educators event. It had many rooms with different subjects and concerts being presented. The concert that we were a part of was lovely, although the sound could have been set up a little bit better for the microphones.”
“The circus was amazing. The venue is nice. I wish the seating was better, and there was more signage outside to let you know that you’ve arrived at the venue. Other than that all was well.”

“Our room was haunted. I do recommend this hotel, just not room 525. There was what sounded like a whistling sound and when it got quiet, it sounded like more of a howl. I could hear it from the hallway as well. No other rooms seemed to have this problem.
The breakfast buffet was phenomenal though, which I believe made up for our room being haunted.
My other issue I had was the guy at the front desk told us the parking was on him as a gift to us since it was our anniversary. They still changed us though.”

“We recently hosted a UGA Miracle Family Day event at this venue, and I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience! The space itself is absolutely beautiful, bright, welcoming, and perfect for families. It created such a warm atmosphere for our Miracle kiddos and their families, and we received compliments all day long.
What truly set this venue apart, though, was the incredible staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly. At one point, we needed to rearrange part of the space to set up Santa’s area, and without hesitation, the staff jumped in and even helped us roll out a couch for Santa so the kids could have the perfect photo moment. That level of support meant the world to us.
From start to finish, the team made us feel valued and supported. We are so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this venue for any event, especially if you want a gorgeous space with a staff that truly cares.
