I have lived here twice once in a townhouse and once in a duplex. I've enjoyed living here. I love walking my dog around the circle it even has a dog park. The pool is also very nice. Quiet clean and friendly neighborhood.

This place is beautiful and is run by a great family. The apartments are very clean and up to date for such a good price for rent. Very quiet neighborhood with great amenities. Definitely recommend talking to them if you are looking for a place to live in Athens GA!

I lived there 6years I had some good and bad experiences but overall the community is quiet and safe.
