1016 Lofts is a vibrant residential community offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with unique layouts and trendy interior design. Residents describe it as easily the most beautiful apartment they've ever had, filled with friendly faces. The staff is consistently noted as incredible, providing excellent service and treatment, always knowing your name and taking great care of you. The maintenance crew is exceptional, with specific praise for being professional, efficient, friendly, and going above and beyond to fix issues quickly. While noted as expensive, the overall experience is great, with many proud to live there.
Love the space, hate the mornings. Landscaping crews run leaf blowers 7:30–8:00 a.m. right outside. Way too loud for a “loft” community. Please move start time to after 9 a.m. and use quieter equipment. Until then, not recommended for anyone who sleeps/studies early.

Chester was timely and communicative. Fixed the motor to the Condenser and now the A/C is working fine. I appreciate his service and friendliness.
