Walked in asking for a document to be notarized. The employee responded that the only person who could do it has left. I was then told to go to AAA store in Chastain, which is too far of a drive for me. I was then told I could go to UPS store, which I know for a fact charges for notaries. As a AAA member i’ve been told that I can notarize documents for free, but if the service is not available then what’s the point if I can’t get it done at all? Please do better!

Team was fast and friendly. Called about an alignment and they were able to fit me into their schedule and had it done by the time I was finished running other errands! Highly recommend.

They’re incredibly nice, but I’ve been twice and my appointment for an oil change has not really been honored (the can take the appointment - but you don’t get priority service), they have taken +1hr to even start on my car each time (last time they forgot about my car and - to their credit - gave me a $50 discount).
Each time it’s been well over an hour and a half for an oil change, last time it was 2.5 hours. I’ve chosen to wait on-site and I won’t be returning.
If you are getting an oil change, make sure to find coupon online!

Called the store at 6:50PM and Brayden answered the phone and put me on hold. Then he hung up on me. He called back this first time but he was not helpful and told me he could help me until my car was there in person which is not true. I explained that Tim the regional manager and Jack had helped me and that it’s a wheel barring issue and that this has been the sixth time that I will have to come up there regarding this same issue on my car. I asked him to please help me by confirming if he has the wheel barring and tire on hand so I could make plans to uber and how to get the car there. He said “You’ll have to wait i’m closing up” I said I am happy to wait on hold take your time. Brayden had me on hold for an hour and 8 minutes only to come on the line and hang up. This aaa is so sorry and so terrible. the employees are terrible. The only person who can help you is Tim. I hate AAA honestly after dealing with this location. We pay too much to deal with this. Don’t come here.

AAA has yet to contact me for fixing of my rim which was paid for and never placed on my car he emailed me to an email he doesn’t reply to and a phone number he never comes to if there is a possibility I could get what he said was put on my car please allow me to do it and stop continuing to be a habitual liar.

I am giving 2 stars simply because the manager George is a very very nice man. If you operate on any sort of schedule and value time and punctuality, this is not the place for you. It doesn't matter what time you arrive (before they open, early for your appointment), your appointment time will not be honored. I've had a 07:30 appointment 3 times (which is garbage because they really don't take them until 8:00), have shown up early (twice was the first person there), and have never had my car even pulled into the garage in under an hour, even though I am the "first appointment" and first person at the shop. To clarify, I am just getting an oil change and tire rotation. Maybe that is my issue - a low margin service. Excuses and apologies are always given, but the dog can eat your homework only so many times. If you can't honor your appointments, don't take them. At this point it is my fault for expecting a different outcome. I will confidently never return.

Mechanics try to get more repairs out of your car than needed. They told me I needed new brakes all around my car, when I just replaced them myself less than 2 months before.

I read many negative reviews. The service was quick and efficient. Went in thinking I needed brakes and discovered I did not! My experience did not reflect in any way the reviews I read. Highly recommend!

We took our VW in a few days ago for an oil change and it was done improperly. We noticed it leaking oil soon after the change, and we took it into another shop today and they told us that it was because the wrong gasket was used on the oil pan. Definitely would not recommend, and I was very disappointed.

If i could give zero starts, I would. My son's car broke down in Atlanta (we live in Huntsville, AL). We called AAA to have it towed and asked them for a recommendation on a shop and this is where they sent us. After an entire day of waiting, they quoted my son over $2800 to fix the car (the car is very obviously not even worth that much). We had it towed home to our trusted mechanic who pulled the codes which came back with a quote of $243. They saw a young man who was stuck and tried to take advantage of him. Shame on them and shame on AAA who we've trusted for 20 years!

return two times to fix the problem. I am hesitant to return for the third time to remedy the problem.
