What an amazing group of people that work at this store. I am writing to extend my sincere appreciation to the team at Ace Hardware for their outstanding assistance in helping me recover my missing book bag. This item contained very personal and sensitive belongings, and your staff’s willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
What stood out most was the genuine care and concern shown by your employees and management. They were not only helpful but truly invested in making sure I found what I had lost. This reflects the exceptional service I have consistently experienced at your store. Whenever I visit Ace Hardware, your team goes above and beyond. They do more than simply answer questions your employees make customers feel valued, respected, and supported. It is clear that your staff sees people, not just numbers, and that level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated.
Please extend my sincere gratitude to everyone involved. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a meaningful difference, and they deserve to be recognized for their exceptional service. I want to definitely recognize Bryan and recognize the management specifically they were awesome.

This location has a phenomenal staff that go out of their way to greet and help customers. I always know I can get personal attention, guidance and good products here. Hats off to “DOC” who went out of his way to help me create yard signs and get various items I needed. He is SO helpful, kind and very knowledgeable! Thanks Ace Hardware Team!

I had such a great experience purchasing a gift from their online store. I’ve been familiar with West Paces Ace from my time living in Atlanta but have since moved away. When I needed a gift from a brand I knew they carried, they were my first stop. I ordered what I needed then had a question about gift wrapping. I called the store & spoke to Chris who truly went above & beyond. He caught the order before it was sent out and was able to gift wrap it for me. The care & attention he gave this is matter is truly unmatched these days. The gift arrived the NEXT day to its destination & was perfect. A reminder to always shop local first. Thank you, Chris!!

Before the big box stores where you're now pointed in a direction to find something on your own, remember the old days of the corner hardware where you could get service? Where they found things for you? Who would recommend a piece of hardware and if it was a gadget, showed you how it worked? Give you solid advice? Well thank goodness it still exists. It's called Ace Hardware and one of the best I've found is West Paces Ace Hardware. I've been there a number of times and never got less than excellent service and good, solid products at a reasonable price. Today one of their young guys changed three batteries in key fobs for me in just a few minutes that would have taken me a weekend of cussing and dropping parts and I only got charged for the batteries. They also have a handyman service if you need something installed or repaired. Go see them, and the nice young guy who may wait on you is the owner. His name is Mike. You'll like him and his team, his products and his prices. If you have some years on you as I do you'll be reminded of the old days.

I love going to a this Ace and being acknowledged for walking in and a store employee saying "hello welcome to ace, how can we help you today". I always have something specific in mind and then he/she walks me to where that item is located. I'm in and out in about 5 min.you won't get service like this at walmart, target, or most stores. only at your neighborhood Ace. If I could give everyone working there a big hug, I would but then they would think i'm a weirdo which I am.

We've always loved the storefront, but have recently used their handyman services.I'd have to say it was the BEST experience that we have ever had with a handyman. The scheduling was easy and seamless, we were reminded of the appointment in advance, our handyman showed up on time and was very efficient - and we are so happy with the job he did! We had him remove and replace a ceiling fan and hang some artwork. 10/10 would recommend!
